All you need is LOVE !

Every night when the boys wind down before bed they sit together on the couch . You may think they would hold hands but no.. they hold feet. They rub each others little feet as they watch The wonder Pets. It s just so adorable.

AppleValley here we come!

Today the boys were able to test out our newest member to our daycare family.... Anna's Bananas Apple Valley! In addition to our Farmington and Burnsville locations we will be opening our third facility in January 2010.
With the three communities combined, Anna's Bananas will now be offering top notch services to over 126,000 families!
The new facility is located in a beautiful location in the heart of the city. The building is designed to offer the same home like feeling as the other two centers have. A lobby with tounge and grove walls, warm fireside room ,and earth tones throughout.
The playground is amazing with tons of grass and poured rubber surfing and today while the boys ran around they tumbled but never even got a boo-boo.
We look forward to opening the new center.

Trick or Treat 2009

This year Beau and Braxton had fun Trick or Treating. Beau was a 1940's golfer and Braxton was Dracula.
They sure were adorable!

Braxton and Beau turned 2 !

We had a very busy weekend with the boys turning two. The boys woke up and after breakfast we started the day with a trip out side to watch Thomas the train go by. This is one the boys favorite things to do. They went for a walk and jumped on the trampoline and just had a great time!

Then we took the boys for dinner to the Rainforest Cafe with Ashlee and Vince. As always it was really fun to have all four of our kids together.
After dinner we went home to open gifts and eat birthday cake.

So when it was time to open the gifts Monty was all excited as that is one of his favorite things to do.. Monty pulls the paper with his mouth to get to the gift. As you can see Beau was watching and before we knew it that is the only way Beau too would open the gifts with his mouth just like Monty! So cute!

The boys also had fun running through Bloomingdale's on our way out of the mall... they thought the manikins were very pretty!

Happy Birthday Beau and Braxton... we love you so much!

Grandpa's Pumpkin

Grandpa Tim AKA "The Claw" made the boys a pumpkin. The pumpkin has a small pumpkin in it's mouth as if it is eating it. So as you can see in the photo Braxton is devastated! He is worried sick about the baby pumpkin!
I lit a candle in the pumpkin and the boys went nuts! They loved it!

Thanks Grandpa Claw!

GOODBYE GATES!

A milestone passed today... Dave and I decided the boys will be two in a couple of days and the time has come... we took down the gates! The boys now have free rain of the house and we are wondering if this will be forever or for a day. Keep posted for the news. Wish us luck!
And boys.... you stay out of the cupboards, toilet, my makeup, the office, off the glass kitchen table, and inside the house then the gates stay down! ohhh dear!

Braxton and Beau... Goodbye gates!

Eagle Eye

Today Dave had the eagle eye as he spotted this beauty out side the patio door.
This bird is amazing and I guess I am in for some competition with great photos now... I leave my camera laying around and he takes over my job! Not too shabby Mr. Achtenberg!

Fun Fall weekend

This weekend we had all four kids home again and that is always fun. Ashlee and Vince took the boys outside and made them a leaf pile to play in and as you can see it was fun for them.
On Saturday morning we woke up to a little bit of snow and the boys had fun figuring that out and of course tasting it.. yuck!
Other then the Vikings game it was a great weekend and we are looking forward to next weekend when the boys turn 2!
