Labor Day Weekend

Our weekend was filled with lots of family and fun. Ashlee and Ben, The Martins, Brummers , Grandma and Grandpa Achtenberg,and Terweys were some of our guests at the lake. The pics with Ben and the boys are so cute... Thanks Ben for being so good to Beau and Brax!
What a beautiful weekend.

Now... back to reality.

This weekend Ashlee turned 19 years old ... we had a fun day together and look at this amazing birthday cake I made her.. HAHA!

Mud Puddles

Boys will be boys... straight to the mud puddles when we go outside... Braxton even thought it was a great opportunity to get a drink.. yuck! No worries... I did stop him after I got the photo!

We love our Apple's !

The boys love to pick apples off our apple trees in the yard. Braxton loves to eat them... Beau will take a bite and spit it out, he never actually eats the apple but every time we go out side they both must have a apple off the tree.

Ashlee's big move

Today we moved Ash to her new house. Here you can see the "smooth move"... so classy!

Happy Birthday Blog

So this marks the one year birthday for the blog.. I was looking back at the first entry and it is funny how all 4 of our kids have grown up so much... cherish the moments right!

Big kids and their toys...

So this weekend Ash and Vince were able to play with their water toys. It was fun to watch them and it really makes us wish it was May right now and not August. But hey.. that's what the next twenty years are for right!
We enjoyed my Sister Jen and her families visit on Friday night and then Sunday Grandma and Grandpa Achtenberg came over. Fun times!

Our first weekend up north

We had fun our first weekend up north. Now it is only Tuesday and I can't wait til Friday! This weekend we get all four of our kids up there so we are very excited.

This past weekend Beau learned how to get out of his crib and Braxton learned how to tie his shoes. Kidden on the shoe thing.
