Our first Halloween... and so darn cute!

Today was the boys first Halloween, really the second but the first one last year did not count! So Here is Braxton the little monkey and Beau the little lion... They enjoyed looking at each other in costume and loved going outside at night!
Braxton crawled right up to the door as if he knew what this was all about, he just could not reach the door bell!

Happy Birthday Beau and Braxton!

WOW.. ONE year old.. can you stand it?!! We had a good day yesterday with the boys... Daddy and I spent the day hanging out with the boys and then did a little shopping at the MOA, however the boys quickly reminded us of how they really just love to be at home. We are getting ready for the big birthday bash tomorrow and that's when the boys will get their real birthday cakes so for now... chocolate chip muffins had to do the trick!

So as you all know the boys will be turning ONE on Thursday... this brings alot of happiness to me as they are now both so healthy and new and exciting things lay ahead for them. But for some reason this time of the year is really hard for me.. I try to dismiss the hard times we went through with little Beau last year after he was born and I get so so sad. I look in his eyes now and can't tell you how bad it still pains me to think of those hard sad days and I can still picture how Beau looked when he was struggling to go on.... Praise The Good Lord our Beau Beau is so healthy and he made it... like Grandpa Tim said Beau is our "little warrior" and that he is!

Shelby took the boys on a walk the other day and she noticed the boys had found a small hole in between the seats where they were able to find each others little hand to hold. How cute is that!

WE LOVE Barnes and Noble!!!

So today the boys and I took a field trip to Barnes and Noble... they loved it! Every time I would hand them a new book they went crazy! It really is fun for me to see them get so excited over books... I was not much of a book girl but I think now I have no choice. I have to admit... the book store is kinda a cool hang out! I'm not gonna lie, I did somehow end up wondering into the mall and do a little shopping but hey... the boys could always use MORE HATS right?!!

A year ago today... WOW was I big!

So looking back to where I was ago a year ago today brings back a lot of different emotions... sick, tried, excited, scared and soooooo uncomfortable. I never thought I would make it even one more day. Dave was taking care of me and I would cry just getting up to walk to another room. I could not reach around my tummy and touch my fingers anymore and everyday felt like a week. Little did I know in a 15 days would we give birth to two beautiful boys... now look who is turning one... time goes by so fast.

Bayfield...

Last weekend Dave and I went to Bayfield. At the last moment Jen and Chris decided to join us and we had a fun time. The leaves were at their peeks and the weather was beautiful. I was homesick for the boys but Grandpa Tim and Grandma Cindy did wonderful taking great care of them. Ashlee was home for a bit and got to spend time with all three of her brothers too.

I'm back... sorry for the time away!

Sorry everyone that I have not added any blogs in the past few days, yeah like over a week. I have been very busy but here are some pics of the boys and their new climber. I takes up most of the living room but it sure entertains them. Only problem is Braxton gets in the middle and can't get out. Beau has mastered all the climbing and Braxton does his best to keep up.
As you can see Beau is doing great standing. He stands up on his own and walks with help... it won't be long now!
